| Ippudo Westside: Shishito Pepper |
Ippudo is one of our favorite Ramen places in the city, so when we heard they'd be opening up a
new location on the Westside we made sure to head there as soon as we could. We took our seats at the bar, ordered a couple of Sapporos and the Shishito Pepper, and settled in.
For our Ramen order we wanted to go classic, but instead of getting the Shiromaru Hakata Classic, we wanted to jazz it up a bit in the spice department and ordered the Karaka-men.

Their new location absolutely lives up to the expectations set by the original location. The tonkotsu broth is chock full of fatty, porky goodness. The thin noodles were fresh, the pork chasu perfectly grilled, and all of it added together to make one absolutely delicious bowl of ramen!
