Rocket Pig |
We were pretty excited to try out Chelsea newcomer Rocket Pig. The chef at Trestle on Tenth opened up a little outpost to serve slow cooked pork sandwiches. After all the hype of how many days it takes to make and the $14 price tag, unfortunately, we just didn't think they were worth it.
Along with the sandwiches we got some Hazelnut Mousse Cookies and some Bacon Caramels. Honestly, I was a lot more excited about those.
Update: See
Serious Eats A Sandwich A Day coverage.
