Was in San Antonio on a business trip and the coworker I was traveling with is known for being a pizza connoisseur so wherever he goes, people want to take him to their favorite pizza spot to get his official opinion. This is how we wound up at
Stella Public House in the Blue Star Arts Complex. To start, we split the Roasted Summer Squash starter which was a perfect way to whet our appetites for the main course: pizza!
Of course when you are dining with a pizza foodie, you have to order the Margherita as part of your control group. Then for our specialty selection we went with the Blanco y Verde which featured Parmesan, Ricotta, and Arugula. Note that our dining companion had ordered it before and found it a little light on the arugula so we asked for some extra - this turned out to be the perfect amount of arugula and I was grateful for her experience.

We really enjoyed our meal here, this is a great little restaurant serving delicious pizzas with quality ingredients that has a nice vibe.
