I Can Cook! Blue Apron

It's been a long time since I've even had the 30 minutes that it takes to prepare a Blue Apron meal, but things have calmed down a bit so I was excited to get a delivery this week. Here is what was on the menu so you can compare against how mine turned out:

OK so my plating leaves a lot to be desired, but it's a whole heck of a lot fancier than what I could normally make in 30 minutes (or order for delivery). Hands down my favorite was the Beet Pasta because Beets + Goat Cheese = So So Right. I've been using Blue Apron for a year and a half now and am still a very satisfied customer! (and no, they're not compensating me in any way for posting this, I just love spreading the word)
